Hotels Near the Pantheon Rome Italy
Albergo del Senato – Piazza della Rotonda, 00186 Rome – Italy
These are some of the Hotels near the Pantheon
This luxurious three star hotel faces the Pantheon and is right in the middle of the historic Baroque center of Rome. Loved the view every morning leaving the hotel because as soon as you step outside the door, you’re already in the middle of history. It really doesn’t get any better than this, location-wise. The closest metro is the stop Piazza di Spagna, which is a short walk away through the narrow streets of Rome.
It has the essence of historic Rome, very elegant and with high quality interiors and decorations. A lot of marble and wood decorate the rooms. This place is well maintained and everything looks brand new. Very professional staff, front desk people speak English well and are quite helpful about giving directions.
A room starts at 165.00 Euro for a double room and breakfast is included in the price.
The breakfast was delicious, their staff provided tea or coffee and there was a very extensive buffet, including fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, breads, meats and cheeses, along with bacon and scrambled eggs.
They make a wonderful cappuccino and also provide newspapers or edited versions of papers in several languages. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi.
The highlight of this hotel for me is the rooftop garden, which has a bar where you can enjoy your cocktail overlooking the Piazza and the Pantheon.
Hotel Abruzzi – Piazza della Rotonda, 00186 Rome – Italy
The Hotel Abruzzi is also located in the center of everything and walking distances to many of the wonderful things to see in Rome.
This is a nicely renovated hotel and has everything you need. Rooms are modern, very clean and we had amazing view of the Piazza and the Pantheon. Sometimes we left the window open to enjoy music from Italian singers or instrument players that entertain the tourists and locals sitting around the Piazza in the cafés and restaurants.
Included with the basics was a complimentary continental breakfast at a warm cafe adjacent to the square with delicious espresso. It was very adequate and the outside seating with Pantheon view was breathtaking.
If for some reason you are going to miss the complimentary breakfast offered by hotel they will have it prepared early and boxed for you to take along. Hotel Abruzzi has free Wi-Fi and staff are super helpful and friendly. A concierge speaks English at your complete disposal to help you find your way through the city or help you arrange to get to the airport. Hotel Abruzzi starts at 97 euro for a double room per night, which is a fantastic deal.

The entrance lobby is very impressive and it’s very relaxing just to sit at one of the

The staff from the reception desk, the concierge, the bartender on the lovely roof terrace, the wait staff in the breakfast room and housekeeping are all very professional and cordial.
